Located on the prestigious Park Avenue between 56th and 57th Streets, 432 Park Avenue is the tallest residential tower in the Western Hemisphere. Built in 2015, the 425m tower was developed by CIM Group and Harry B. Macklowe and designed by Rafael Viñoly.

All windows in the apartments measure an expansive 3mx3m, flooding residences with abundant natural light and breathtaking views of Manhattan. 432 Park Avenue captures views from the Hudson to the East River, from Brooklyn to Central Park all the way to the Atlantic Ocean.

Tzannes, in collaboration with executive architects Crone Partners and Make Interior Design, have created an impeccably beautiful building. This 20-storey apartment building consists of 104 high-end residential apartments and captures views of the city, the sails of the Sydney Opera House, and the soaring arch of the Sydney Harbour Bridge.

V Tower, Czech Republic

Located in the V Tower is an exclusive 9,321 m2 penthouse with 360° views of the city. It is the highest residential building in the Czech Republic, soaring 104 metres and consisting of 30 floors. An architectural icon on the Prague skyline, the V Tower was designed by renowned Czech architect Radan Hubička.

The 30 storey building splits into two separate towers after a third of its height, so plenty of space remains available for the 120 residences. Overlooking Monaco, the Tour Odeon’s five storey Sky Penthouse has one of the most incredible views on our list. Built in 2009 and worth an estimated $335 million dollars, this 49 storey, 170m tower is the tallest residential tower in Monaco.

Developed by the Groupe Marzocco and designed by the Monegasque architect Alexandre Giraldi, this penthouse has 360° views of Monaco and the shimmering waters of the Mediterranean.
