As the year is closing, we are delighted to provide a final construction update for The Esplanade for 2023.
Since our last update;
The crane and scaffolding have been removed signifying a milestone in the construction phase with all major structural work now complete and the building facade being revealed.
Joinery and tiling works have progressed up to Level 7 and the lower levels are starting to have their stone benchtops installed. Balcony paving has also commenced and we can start to see the indoor/outdoor living spaces connect.
In January we will start to see timber flooring and carpet installations, shower screens being installed and the resident pool shell will be poured. It certainly is an exciting time ahead.
