Construction is well underway down at Cabana, Palm Beach. So far, the old buildings have been demolished and everything has been removed off site.
Earlier this week, Hutchinson’s Builders extracted the old seawall boulders, pushed the sand onto the beach in front of Cabana then a base layer of clay was placed where the new wall will go on a 45 degree angle to ensure excellent stability. New boulders were moved in to create the new wall and the sand they extracted was pulled back and laid over the new wall.

Situated in Palm Beach, one of the top five most searched suburbs in Queensland, Cabana lies directly opposite the recently completed artificial reef, making it a surfer’s dream.
Cabana Palm Beach sold out within eight weeks of their Boxing Day launch, and is slated for completion in November 2022.
Construction Progress
Each step of construction is signed off by Ignite Projects‘ team of engineers and they can now continue with the basement piles and excavation.
